Many of our clients go to trade shows each year and we support many of them. Here are some of the things we do:
Mobile and Desktop AdWords Campaigns
These deliver online ads within a 5-mile radius of the venue during the trade show. In the case where the trade show is very large (DRUPA, in Düsseldorf, every 4 years) we’ll increase the radius to make sure that we cover all of the show hotels.
This also works well when attendees are at the show and are looking on their mobile device for a company that sell what are client does.
Provide In-booth Spanish Support
We have clients that sell into Spanish-speaking countries and don’t have a Spanish-speaker on staff. Since we are a bi-lingual agency and know our clients’ products inside and out, we sell their products in Spanish, instead of interpreting for their sales people.
Lead Processing and CRM Integration
Usually, the entire sales force and senior management of a small company attends trade shows. They need to have the leads collected at the show uploaded to their CRM so they can quickly follow up afterward. We upload the lead data to their CRM on a daily basis, write the email nurturing content, design the nurturing program, and make sure that the attendees have a “Thank You For Visiting Our Booth” email shortly after they return.
Looping Product Videos
Sometimes, it’s not possible to bring every product to a trade show. We have scripted, shot, and created looping product videos that play in the booth. That way, interested parties can “see” the equipment and get a feel for its applicability to their situation.
Product Brochures and Sell Sheets
Even though we live in a digital age, trade show attendees like to keep a paper record of what interests them. We design and produce print-ready files so our clients can print them beforehand or print-on-demand when they arrive at the show. For clients who do not have printing capabilities, we also arrange for the files to be printed and delivered.
Logoed Clothing For Booth Personnel
All booth personnel are Brand Ambassadors and need to be supplied with great-looking logoed apparel. This varies by the show type and can be long-sleeved dress shirts, polos, or t-shirts. We have access to a wide variety of clothing that we can decorate, as needed.
Promotional Products are an advertising medium and must be carefully selected to generate ROI. We do not recommend “give aways,” as they cheapen your brand. It’s better to have a small number of really nice items that are hidden from view and given to qualified prospects than to have a bowl of stuff that, quite frankly, attracts people to your booth who want free stuff—not the kind of folks you want taking up your time.
